Lark & Owl was established in 2021 in the La Jolla neighborhood of San Diego, California.

The meaning of the words gives the name of the unique brand. 'Lark' is a small brown bird with a pleasant song, and in mythology and literature, it stands for daybreak. 'An Owl' is a bird with a flat face, large eyes, and a small sharp beak. Most owls obtain their food by hunting small animals at night.

Lark& Owl offers the most elegant delicacies of the Italian & American craft pizza, salads, acai bowls, sandwiches, and smoothies.

Lark & Owl gives attention and care to select the best and the freshest quality ingredients reflected in the seasonally changing menus.

Lark and Owl's objective is to share our authentic Italian and American craft pizza experience with its characteristically thin-crust pies feature a chewy outer edge (or "handle") which is spectacularly crunchy, and to offer salad, acai bowls, sandwiches, and smoothies in our unique environment from 2021 from morning to midnight.
